$25 cancellation fee charged on all cancellations.

Cancellations of bookings must be made seven (7) days prior to reservation date in order to be refunded the nightly rate less $25 cancellation processing fee.

Cancellations less than seven (7) days prior to your arrival will result in one night's fee forfeiture per room.

Please include the word "Cancellation" in the subject line of the e-mail.

We will send you an e-mail confirmation of your cancellation.

Important: Please call us if you do not receive an e-mail confirmation of your cancellation within 24 hours.

Your reservation remains in effect until you receive a cancellation e-mail.
